原先聽AccuRadio中的Brit-rock樂台，發現了不少沒接觸過的團，也發現2007發行了一張新專輯，Brit box，裡面收錄了四張CD，很多堪稱經典的英倫搖滾歌曲，也多認識了幾個不錯的團。
但Spiritualized這個團，是在我快分手的時候，J介紹給我服用的，我記得我第一次聽的時候，因為過度的悲傷，讓我聽一次就強迫自己不能在聽。但這次在相遇，或許是心智比較健康，沒有掉眼淚，但有濃到化不開的愁，沒有來由地鼻酸。
